Carson Hocevar – TSport 200 Race Advance

Hocevar on opening round 10 at Lucas Oil Raceway: “Being able to hit the reset button ahead of the playoffs is huge for our #42 Premier Security Solutions team. I think back to the three or four races that kind of slipped our minds that would have put us higher in the regular season standings, but now we can focus on maintaining the momentum of the recent series of races among the first five we had.”

“I’m excited to start the playoff schedule at Lucas Oil Raceway. It’s a really fun race track but I think it’s going to be tough to get past the trucks. It’s going to be a very aggressive race – especially with a lot at stake – so we’ll have to take advantage of opportunities when they arise.

Hocevar at Lucas Oil Raceway: Hocevar kicks off his first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series career Friday night at Lucas Oil Raceway. He’s already made two ARCA Menards Series starts at the Indianapolis short track, with both placing in the top 10.

Hocevar finished fifth in the October 2018 event before finishing ninth in October 2019.

On the truck: Hocevar will race the No. 42 Premier Security Solutions Chevrolet Silverado to open the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series playoffs Friday night in Indianapolis.

Last Time Out – CRC Brakleen 150 at Pocono (Start 3rd / Finish 5th): “It’s hard to win these races. We suffered a small damage to the right rear which affected our speed from the start. Our setup was something we don’t typically do at these types of race tracks to prepare for the playoffs. We’re committed – deep or deep – and that’s how we’ve been all year. We’re right there, it seems, with consistent top-five finishes. Our goal is to take it one race at a time and try not to lose anything, but rather to take advantage of all the advantages we can to earn points and set ourselves up for victories. The ability to consistently put on strong races on different types of tracks lately is a testament to the efforts of Niece Motorsports, Worldwide Express and Premier Security Solutions.
